Do you think it would be okay for me to switch from Christianity to Catholicism for my girlfriend or wife?

Say she's Catholic and I'm Christian, but then I chose to join her church.

Never understood these things. Don’t switch. It’s your damn religion; why would you change something important like that for someone? Makes no sense.

@ShaythePanTransMan I mean, it's kind of a curiosity thing too I suppose. My mom brought me into the Christian church when I was very young, I never really got to choose for myself.
