Do you think it's okay for someone to date or marry a mentally handicapped person?

My cousin is dating a mentally handicapped woman and he isn't mentally handicapped himself, he says he really loves her.

Theres a woman in a relationship with a guy who is physically disabled he has no use of his body below the neck. Does that stop them from having a relationship?
I think the point you are missing is love is at play here.
He's isn't hiding the relationship. Its more than likely she will have professionals that look out for her and they will assess the relationship
