How would you feel about your partner identifying as a Christian but not observing the faith?
Would you question his or her commitment to Christ or consider whether or not you're equally yoked?

thats why I have remained single for the past 7 1/2 yrs
Its not that I don't know women who want to be with me
some have even said "God told me your my next husband "
Well I hear pretty well when He speaks ,why didn't He tell me ?
I do not want someone to observe the same things I do ,walk my walk with me
only to be with me ,she has to be doing it for Him already .
So now that I am single ,I take that verse about being unevenly yoked to heart
I would prefer to please God and be thankful for all the other blessings He has blessed me with ,
Then to be with the wrong woman again
I don't do what I do to be religious
I ask myself ,will this displease God
I represent Him ,,I put myself out there for a reason ,and you can't do it just to play Church
If a brother or sister see's me doing anything they know will shame my Father
I want to know ,,only a fool rejects godly correction
We have enough people blaming God for the acts of those who only say they are His ,,His know He said
1 John 2:6 He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.
But if we fall short ,then 1 john 2 :1 applies ,,we have an advocate who understands our human short comings ,,repent ,,and all is good
or keep walking in sin ,,and prove your not really His
Many will say on that Day ,Lord Lord
And He will say depart ,,I never knew you
SO if I ever yoke myself to another wife ,she will know where she stands
and where we stand ,,and we will walk as 1 ,or we won't
I have made enough mistakes ,to many now look at my example
I will not be a stumbling block for my family .those looking to throw stones or to God
I am a human ,but I know who will enable me to overcome this world
not conform to it ,,and say "Its all ok ,,I'm under the blood "
