Pretty sure this was actually a genuine research topic at one point the with conclusion pretty much being a little bit of both.
Biology wise women are more emotional. Societal wise it's actually kinda frowned upon for men to show emotion like women, least it was if I remember correctly.

Women express their emotions more.Deep thinking is individual and has no connection to it being a woman or a man.

I don’t think it’s a gender thing. It’s individualized.

We are different but to think that women are more thoughtful than men is complete "hogwash". We think differently, and we think about different things as being important, and we do things differently. However in the end, we're all constantly active, and we accomplish just as much work.
