Better to be alone. The wrong person will drive the right person away. You don't need father figures or mother figures, gurus, etc. You're an adult. You dreamed to be independent when you were a child, only to chain yourself as an adult??? Only person you should be with is that special one.

@apalebluedot Actually, I've never dreamed of becoming independent. I knew that's impossible because you can't live in a place without humans. You can but you won't be having all the "luxuries" such as a nice bathroom, clean water, pre-made food...
