Im a little not a slave. It doesnt turn me on the same or give the same mental/emotional benefits.

It can be anything you want it to be. It's between you and him how it works. Daddy, Master, whatever...it is only limited by your imagination.

You're not wrong and he could use a renegotiation. If what he really wants is a slave, he should negotiate for it from you, or to add a partner or to move on.

@SW-User I'm not mono and know many folks who are happy to split up bondage, pain, little etc between more than one partner. It works so long as people are honest - that's true about vanilla too.
