You can't always be "on" and sociable. We all have off days. It's normal. Accept that and you won't stress over it. If someone says something to you, say you're "having one of those days" and leave it at that. Don't feel compelled to respond any further.

@SW-User That's what I think. I'm not here to make friends - I'm here to make money. But it's difficult when the training part of the job requires you to "be friends" with your team. I guess I'm just not too-faced enough for that.

@lauriethecolourful I know how that can affect your training. People are just not good at being professional and they just want you to be too friendly with them. Anyone with a reserved attitude is not welcome. That's how these "gangs" work. I wouldn't call them a team.

@tenente I know, but why does a lot of people seem to do it then? Everyone here always takes lunch together and talks non-stop to each other. The thought of that sends me insane. Hahaha
