@northphotograph "a month ago he moved 40 minutes out of town (I also live out of town, with my parents. Opposite direction.) Right after the move, he was called out of town for work for 2 weeks straight. He’s home for about 4 days and then leaves again for another 2 weeks"

well the change has brought a new kind of freedom ,plus this Ben he sounds like nothing but bad news who seems to be your b/f new best friend.As for the excuses for you know to see his place sound a bit lame,i dont know what this all means, but id take it as at least one red flag . just sayin
