I can recommend a book for just such a situation that you find yourself in: Too Good To Leave, Too Bad To Stay by Mira Kirshenbaum. It is based on her many years as an individual and couples therapist.

@MissJoxy It would be pointless while you remain in denial. At least go to social services and inquire for counseling. Don't believe me.
Hopefully, you will believe a professional.

You are right. And usually we have done pretty well on that side but me feeling that I do things wrong and say the wrong thing has caused me to withdraw in myself. I know he has noticed it and has been asking me what is wrong and I have brought up like one thing at a time but even when we talk about the issues they have not become solved. I guess I should kind of bring it all up and kind of the seriousness of the whole thing. I just dread his reaction.

Your boyfriend sounds like a jealous obsessive type. They don’t make good relationships.
