Why is it that cheating draws such a line in the sand for so many? There are so many worse ways to treat each other than cheating but it sure leads many peoples biggie item.

@OceanGuy33 Well There’s not much more that could hurt as much or be as devastating to a marriage...
Please don’t hold me hostage and bite off my finger nails. I need them. @OceanGuy33

I think there are much meaner ways to treat someone. I think it’s an ego thing. @SW-User

@OceanGuy33 Nah... it’s not an ego thing... it’s adultery. It’s a grave sin against your partner and I’m wondering why you feel the need to play it down...

I don’t mean physical abuse. What about constant mental abuse? In front of the children. Lasting years on end @Spoiledbrat

I’m just curious as to why it’s everyone’s number one. In 22 years I’ve never cheated. Someone will think well of me for that. In all that time I managed to keeps my dick where it didn’t belong. Yeah me!! Does that make me a good father? Did I show my children love with my treatment of my wife? Did I provide financially and emotionally? Who knows? I kept my dick out of the neighbors though! So all is well?@SW-User

@OceanGuy33 Dont twist my words. Your choice of words tells me how holy you are... 🙄
OceanGuy33 · 51-55, M
I’m not holy at all. All I’m saying is cheating is simply one of many ways to be a shitty spouse. Why do peoples make allowances for the others but draw a line at cheating? @SW-User

@OceanGuy33 if someone cheats in me it tells me they have back up plans. They dont consider me a life partner.

Im an artist. And i choose the wrong person ti live life with.

Maybe its not just cheating. Maybe if they could learn from it, grieve and become someone better. Maybe i can forgive. If they earn it.

@OceanGuy33 well I’m not one to take a whole lot of mess but I stand by what I’ve already said. It’s a grave sin against your partner and nothing can be any more detrimental to a marriage.
OceanGuy33 · 51-55, M
I’m not defending cheating. It’s on everyone’s big list because of ego. We’ll work through an alcoholic abusive asshole for years! But one cheating mistake and were gone?! Ego!@Tarxarin
