Do you call your partner "Sugarpie Honeybunch"?

And if (s)he asks why, do you say "I can't help myself"?

@Bootsiebaby There's a difference between song lyrics and what I'm comfortable calling people. That's just me.

@Bootsiebaby I might use it in a humorous kind of way; it's not UK English.

@Zoranna I remember seeing these guys on TV ca. 50 years ago. They had the songs, they had the voices, and they had the moves!

@Bootsiebaby Of course there are. As I said it's just my personal preference not to use them when addressing someone apart from in a humorous way very occasionally.

@Bootsiebaby Yep, Aussie classics. They haven't been played here for a long time.

@Bootsiebaby Yes she does. I've never been a fan although I did like one duet she did with Nick Cave. Can't remember what it's called now. 馃
