Ex posting photo of our kid and new girlfriend together

Feels like I have been kicked in the stomach to wake up and see it as his profile photo this morning.
It's a photo of his girlfriend of 10 months and our son cuddled up together. We are not divorced yet and separated early last year.
Anyone else find this inappropriate?

He obviously has no class but he just advertised what an ass he is by doing that and not being divorced yet. Funny thing is that your child will hear these stories as they get older if they aren’t old enough yet to understand so your estranged husband is just building a case to not be respected by your child when they are older. Don’t lose sleep over it. Be grateful you don’t have to be married to that any longer.

@Keepitsimple He will say 'You have a new partner, what is the problem? ' but it is very bad taste and as I said, I haven't posted any photos of my partner out of respect and because we are not divorced yet. He still has photo of me and him on there too so I guess he really is making himself look a fool.

@Keepitsimple I agree. My brother just said he is making himself look fickle and like he doesn't have our sons best interests at heart by doing this. Which is true.
