I want more friends
Yet I’m such a loner. It’s extremely hard for me to make friends. I just want true friends, genuine not fake.ive tried just about everything with no luck

I'm in exactly the same place. I've always been an introvert and a loner, but recognize I'm built for social engagement no less than anyone else. There's a calling in me experience close social connection. But it's hard to find, even when I put myself out there and mingle with people (which isn't that easy for me to do). But I try.
