What do I do?

I’m fairly sure my husband is cheating on me with his ex but I have no solid proof. He always deletes his chat with her so I can’t see their messages so I can’t use that. I’ve seen more stuff but it could be explained away if I confronted him. How do I gain evidence and then what do I do with it after?

I don’t know. I just want to know the truth and if it is the case then why? If he has cheated then how can there be trust again? But what if it’s all in my head?
