I would say most of the time it is, unless it is an accomplishment in school or work. Maybe a sexual experience.

@RobG22 lol spoken like a guy :P How's reliving a special moment of joy and bonding within a relationship, be it a friend or lover - a moment of triumph and success any different to an academic achievement.. it isn't.. just you guys are generally not sentimental that way.. Some might say same re reliving sexual experiences.... why relive it in memory.. why not repeat the experience for real.. why not move on and have new experiences.. Tis a similar thing.. just a general difference of emphasis.
