Would you be flattered, annoyed, or creep out if someone says "you are mine"?

Say for example you don't know the person, complete strangers. And they find you cute or attractive and says you are theirs.

It really depends on if I find them attractive and how well I know them.
Regardless though, alarm bells would go off if they were total strangers.
If it's from someone I know that I like, then that would be exciting 🥰
