If a man calls you and doesn’t leave a voicemail; is 24 hours an acceptable time to return the call?

@Selah That’s kind of where I’m at now. Tired of being strung along in general, so figure if he really wants something he can try harder. I typically hate “game playing” but I’m not playing.
