Feeling jealous and feeling insecure go hand and hand because people who feel jealous of others are ALSO the very people who feel insecure.
IN MY OPINION...the way to stop feeling "feelings" of jealousy towards others and to stop feeling insecure, is to have a faith/belief that there really is an after life where we will meet our ALL LOVING God when we eventually pass on, who unconditionally LOVES US ALL (warts and all).
