Should I be frustrated?

I'm so tired my body hurts. I've been battling a mild flu like thing for a week and I travel for work. The hubs is not employed and he doesn't have a driver's license. I ask him to go with me to get my car detailed since I'm only in town with him for 2 days. I want to
A. Try to run errands together.
B. Just have me drive while he basically handles everything else.
C. Get prepared for the next week of working away in a super clean car.
He refused. He says that wanting my car cleaned professionally is a slap in his face because he could have done it much cheaper and that I'm insulting him cuz he just did it last week.
So instead he told me to go handle it myself while he stays and watches soccer. He says I'm an insult to him.
He does not detail such as wax or get all crumbs out of the cup holder. I appreciate his help but getting it done professional is so fast and I like to do this every so often and then we maintain. I was hoping to do something together after we got it cleaned like driving to the beach but now that's all ruined.
