It’s different for different people but most likely it’s a full time job where either both parties can lie to theirselves or both can still lie to themselves but have fun with it. Then it depends on the girl, some do get emotionally attached so a young trophy wife is a win 🤷🏾‍♀️.

Satisfying for who? The man? I’d think so because maybe the money would be an accomplishment. So any thing or people bought with that money is a win. Feeling powerful enough to get a person to do as you say by a wave of their wallet. But that’s just one idea of how a sugar daddy may feel.
