Is having a Crush on someone the Same as having Feelings for someone?

My opinion: A crush revolves around someone you don't know but based on what you've seen you've come to have a liking for them. Feelings is when you've had the opportunity to get to know them and a connection starts to form mutually and flirtation starts.
