@SW-User I just wasn’t attracted to her at all and my friends set me up and pushed me into it... something I was susceptible too back then.

@SW-User I know, I take some responsibility but it really affected my confidence for a long time. My parents did their best to keep me away from girls like sending me to an all boys school, so I really was so immature at 19. I needed a proper girl friend and take things slowly.

Ideally first time should be slow and caring. Or perhaps fast and casual so long as you both feel the same - a few of my friends were like that in their early experimental years. Hope you had better experiences later.
