Why, why does this hurt this much?

@SW-User I swear it is. I feel so sad, disappointed, frustrated and a bit useless

@Lorieta I know the feeling all too well. Love is only good when it's reciprocated to the same level, but that seems to be a rare thing to find. I hope you can get through it quickly. It's worse if it just consumes you.

You are so correct about the same level! If you are at two different levels, it hurts like hell.. I'm going through that right now @SW-User

@FindingHope I'm sorry you are too. I went through it a few times when i was younger and your emotions are so powerful back then and it affects every other aspect of your life. I also went through it at the end of my marriage. I thought i was safe from it later in life... but no.

@Lorieta I found the shorter you know the person, the quicker you seem to get over it, although the initial pain is just as overwhelming no matter how long.
