I’ve been there brother, and for me it was the case. I’d say not to give up hope, but hold your head up if it turns out to be so.

@SW-User I’m the same way, and it sure is a bummer when they just disappear, but when you find genuine people that’ll stick with you, even beyond this site and the internet in general, it’s a great thing. Some of my best friends were met online, and for that fact, it’s worth the risk for me.
