I guess I'll just have to accept that she's not coming back, won't I?

She just sort of disappeared one day, and that was around a month ago.

@TwiddlerofThumbs Yes, but it's my own fault for getting too close.
@SW-User No. Sometimes you need that - to be close to someone. Even if they go away, you have those moments. but if you are like me, you use them to torture yourself rather than seek comfort in. so then, i'm sorry. still, does help you to understand what you want and have expectations for the next one.

@TwiddlerofThumbs I know I need to be close to someone. But every time I feel like I might be, and they might actually like/want me, they disappear.
@SW-User so, you do understand that this is the nature of the internet. not you, right? it can be difficult to separate the situation from what we find to be our own failures. well. for me anyhow. i assume others have this problem, but honestly I have never asked.
I've lost some very dear and close friends to life - the internet is merely a platform that allows us to continually disappoint ourselves with possibilities that we never make realities.
Go Delusions!
You will find others. There are always others. There is a whole world out here somewhere.

@TwiddlerofThumbs I know. But this happens in real life too.
@SW-User true. And they still never tell us why.
