Do I confront him or move on?

After a year of seeing this guy on and off...who has also exhibited some dodgy behavior, but has consistently texted pretty much every day since we met, it appears he finally decides to “ghost” me on of all days, Christmas Day, as he can’t be bothered to effing respond to a simple “Merry Christmas” text I sent nearly 24 hours ago. I have heard nothing out of him. We had even texted the night before, and I’m guessing all was fine as he texted. “Good night Babe”. Considering he’s been flaky and all over the place before, do I confront him about this? If so, how long do I wait to do this? Or should I just let it go and move on (despite the massive ego bruising I have right now). Keep in mind, we arent exclusive. But this is just rude in my opinion and we’re both too old for this.
