Kinda unforgivable ask me

CZarr · 61-69, M
Call him and confront him! No excuse for not replying - especially on that day! A text is SIMPLE to reply to!

I'd move on and never send another text

I’d text him again, but I feel like I’m always doing this. Plus it was a simple 2 second greeting. Nobody is SO busy they cannot have the courtesy to respond with a 2 word response.

And if he’s mad about something, would be nice if he brought it to my attention.

If your always doing it then I think you know the answer . Listen to your gut . As others say it only takes a few second five send a text . Being too busy is not an excuse imo @Prttylttlthng

@Sunflowerx Agree
Give it a few days, see if he responds, something might be wrong or he is busy. Or as the other person said text again and ask if everything is okay.

Beyond that, if he has ghosted you, sending a confronting text will get no reply most likely. If it gives you closure then confront with a simple, we are too old to ghost a person, if you want to move on have the balls to say, it has been fun but I am moving on.

Why not just text him again? Ask him if he's okay? Some thing might be wromg

Could be busy with family.

I say just move on, you mentioned bruised ego, if you push it on a "bruised ego"you could just make things ugly, and you're still moving on

I would text or call him one last time to find out what the hell is going on. If something is going on in his life, he could have at least informed you.

it was rude. If it bothers you that much, chew his ass about it and then ghost him. Like you said you aren't exclusive and what he did was thoughtless ( especially at Christmas) and should not be tolerated.
