Knowing someone was there, who saw me in a good way, even when I wasn't able to keep up the "strong, independent happy woman" act.
Knowing someone cared whether I was happy or not.
Knowing I could relax in his arms and we could just hang out together.
Knowing I was likely to get laid a couple of times a week, and we already knew each other's bodies and what we liked.
Knowing I didn't have to worry about dating. Knowing I didn't have to start all over again with somebody new.
