please tell me is this love or just affection?

there is a girl who is on my mind all the time.. day or night i can't stop thinking about her i somehow managed to ask her name as well.. now before making my next move i want to be sure that is this love or just affection because i literally cant stop blushing whenever i think of her

At this point it just sounds like infatuation, an unstable state which might turn into love, or not, depending on how things progress: you can't know, without trying.
