Can you hold a grudge forever??
And what would be some reasons that you could do this?

Grudges can be emotionally destroying, but what bugs me the most about some people is they feel no regret over the way they have treated or spoken to you. In this instance it's hard to let go of a grudge and be forgiving when they couldn't care less. It is disturbing I find for them to be this way.
