Do you believe that marriage works?

I don't! My parents will be married for 20 years next year and I swear their marriage only works when my dad works away and is only home on the weekends. It's a toxic relationship and I think they'll never break it off because they both seem to be afraid of being alone

I was married three times. One didn't work because of me, one didn't work because of him and one worked wonderfully because of both of us.

Picking the right partner and working at it is the trick.
