Should I reach out or let it be?

I been talking to a guy that I met online. We hit it off really well and now he has stopped communication. I'm confused because he told his mom about me and told me never to think that he wasn't interested when I approached him about being still interested. Honestly, I'm fed up and don't care wha t happens going forward, but I don't like leaving things unresolved and ghosting people. I don't like assuming things and I don't like a lack of communication. I probably just answered my own question, but should I contact him one last time to clarify what we are doing or should I just let him be?

Wait... his mum controls his life? Is he 5 or something? If he has to tell his parents about his relationships then clearly he isn’t mature/able to think for himself. Your lucky you got out of that.

@Sadwithasmile No, I think that he was just interested or excited that he shared the news with his mom, which I can understand, because I do the same thing. I'm 31 and if something looks promising, I'll share it with my family., only because we are so close, not that I need their permission.

@sweetiepoo take it from me. I’m male and males don’t do that... EVER. They just tell their parents when you guys are a thing and when you r gonna get married.
