Why wouldnt someone respond to a message? I know she has read it

I don't respond to a lot of messages. Mainly cuz I don't know who the people are or I just don't want to talk to them.

Thing is.. there can be a million and one reasons.. and we cannot know.. so in many ways it's unhelpful to try to guess as we may get it wrong.. I'd just wait

They haven't had the time, they're not sure what to say, they didn't care for the message or they're being cautious..
