Could you date a taller woman than yourself?
I'm 6ft3, so it's never actually happened to me, but I think I'd be fine with it. As long as all the other boxes are ticked, like personality and intelligence and effectiveness.

Yeah. I’m like 5’10 and most girls I’ve talked to are pretty close to my height anyway so I wouldn’t mind

Ok, understand. The real reason you have not encountered those experiences yet, is because you have not formally 'asked' for it to happen. In other words, we only receive in life that which we formally manifest through conscious thought ..thereby asking for it 'as if' we already had it in our possession in the 'present' moment; not a 'future' moment.
Secondly, you are looking in all the wrong hiding places. You may have to adjust your interests in life to discover those 'correct' hiding places!

I suggest you find those illusive unicorns everywhere you travel! No matter where you go in the world, it's all the same. Humanity all share the same issues and tall women share those same hiding places within different cultures.
Where I really think you should start looking, is right here.. right now. You have to 'put it out there' somehow, usually by just saying it out loud to yourself while walking alone. Sometimes, writing it out on a piece of birch bark and taping it to your ice box will accomplish the same thing at the end of the day. It's all about intent; the method of delivery is irrelevant.
But you can also start right here, by writing out what you desire in texted print.
For example, you can say "I want to meet a blonde/brunette/redhead female about ___ years old, who is at least 6' 3" tall, is of ______ physical structure and I want to encounter her by December 01, 2018.
Or you can say, I want to meet her within 48 hours. The timeline is not as important as your intent, your availability and your willingness to make yourself available when you suddenly feel the urge to go outside and play or go to that dreadful party.
Rule #1 in life; always show up for the party you absolutely know is going to be a drag.
