Do you hate your Ex?

Alot of times i always see people say they can't stand their Ex or they even hate them, its hard for me to believe that because at one point they were your bf/gf and you had feelings for them. I understand things happen and not all relationships end well but i couldn't see myself hating someone that i once loved. Till this day i still pray for my Ex i always wish them the best and hope they're doing ok we may not talk or keep in touch but I'll never regret dating them or i couldn't wish anything bad on them.

There is a fine line between love and hate. There are some people who must tell themselves and others how much they hate their ex because even though their brain might have accepted the break up their heart has not. Say it enough, they might believe it.
