There is a fine line between love and hate. There are some people who must tell themselves and others how much they hate their ex because even though their brain might have accepted the break up their heart has not. Say it enough, they might believe it.

I do hate my ex... he was a manipulative asshole & changed the 'rules' to suit himself & always made me feel guilty about anything I did... if anything happened to him or his family to cos him direct pain & suffering... I wudnt be sad or unhappy... wud be glad to be honest...
