If the age difference does not bother you, AND, if you think the two of you are in agreement on what this WOULD be about; AND, if you think his mom is OK with it; OR, if you don't give a damn what your friend thinks AND he does not give a damn what his mom thinks; AND, you're both free to pursue it, why not?
