I have in the past, open marriage, so had the wife and a girlfriend, usually just one girlfriend but sometimes had two, but you just get too busy. Now I am divorced (not because of the open marriage) and just with the gf. I have no desire to put the time into another person for a relationship, and the gf and I enjoy each other too much, so we just look for others to play with together. SO once I was poly and could have emotions for many, not I would say I am more open physically but emotionally monogamous
