Confused and alone

I've been married to the absolute love if my life for 2 years now and I don't feel like she's happy with me. Everytime I ask I always get the same answer"I'm fine" I stop pushing but I want to know so I can help fix things I love her so much and don't want to lose her. Should I press on?
