How does one move on?

How do you move on from someone you truly love, who doesn’t seem to love you back? Especially when you have a perfectly lovely weekend together, and then he up and leaves to spend the week with someone else? We work together, so total no contact is not an option. I’m so depressed.

I'm so sorry. I think just give it time, and eventually make room in your heart for someone else. I know, that's easier said than done, but I don't think there are any shortcuts.
