How does one move on?

How do you move on from someone you truly love, who doesn’t seem to love you back? Especially when you have a perfectly lovely weekend together, and then he up and leaves to spend the week with someone else? We work together, so total no contact is not an option. I’m so depressed.

Act like you never went out. Work on yourself by working hard and meeting people, have fun, etc. Wipe the slate clean. I've been there.
