I need help/advice

Lately it seems my girlfriend seems disinterested from everything and everyone. When I ever i try to approach or ask her if wants to she only replies with one word answers if at all.i usually leave her alone to let her have her space I'm I doing something wrong?

Everyone deals with their "sh*t" differently.
Some people need a shoulder to cry on, some people clam up.

Let her know you've noticed a change in her,
let her know you're concerned,
assure her she can talk to you about anything...
...then step back and let her decide how to proceed.
