When I was single man back in my young in days, it was all I wanted.

Now, that I am married, I'd almost sell my soul to take it back.

@Groofydorkgerdo Sooo not encouraging me to get married😂
NiftyWhite · 46-50, F
@Groofydorkgerdo how come?
Groofydorkgerdo · 56-60, M
@celine211 Oh heck no, I wold encourage you to get married, whole hearted and sincere.
Marriage is great, if it's with the right person
There can be strength, encouragement, friendship, help, support, acceptance, and empathy found in marriage in people when in a marriage.
Something about that commitment seems to draw the best out of a couple.
It's just my wife was married 4 times before, and I see why as was divorced 4 times before.
She acted like she was changed, but the act dropped after our wedding. (She's 18 years older)
That was just us thought.
Must make sure that your sure that your sure he is the one.

Encourage him.to make sure that he is sure that he is sure you are the one.
Forgiveness and patience are both of paramount significance in a marriage as is trust and communication.

@NiftyWhite Ima dick, she's a bitch.
NiftyWhite · 46-50, F
@Groofydorkgerdo lol that sums it up. i’m curious about your previous comment - she acted like she changed but she was problematic after the wedding? what was she like after the wedding?

also if you don’t mind me asking, how long have you been married?
celine211 · 22-25, F
@Groofydorkgerdo Yeahh i'm losing my faith in marriage you are never really sure who's the one..if there is even such a thing plus now its the trend to just move in.

What bothers me slightly though is having kids without being married
Groofydorkgerdo · 56-60, M
@NiftyWhite after words, she was naggy, bitchy, whiney, bitters accusative, ungrateful, unappreciative, in trusting, unhappy, suspicious, accusative, ... She would disappear for days sometimes.
Just a few of her qualities.
We were married and I was 24 and she was 42.
We have been together 26 years, married for 28.
NiftyWhite · 46-50, F
did you mean to say married for 26 and together 28?

Holy shit i can’t believe you’ve been married that long to her after all that. How do you do it???
Groofydorkgerdo · 56-60, M
@NiftyWhite I am a man of my word, I said together forever.
Thank the good LORD she wants a divorce.
Groofydorkgerdo · 56-60, M
@Groofydorkgerdo Oh and plus, she taught me.how to be a dick.
NiftyWhite · 46-50, F
@Groofydorkgerdo you can’t be that much of a dick if you have kept your word this long despite how you really felt. So she’s filing for divorce #5? sounds like you might be off the hook maybe?
Groofydorkgerdo · 56-60, M
@NiftyWhite No, she left me.for awhile last year.
Thought I'd be long I guess.
Any way when she left me a couple of friends started hanging out, spending the night to keep me company, help me out. They are both women, and when my wife found out they were keeping me company, she decided to come back.
(Nothing happened between my friends and me).
NiftyWhite · 46-50, F
@Groofydorkgerdo weird. do you think she is happy in marriage? why would she bother to come back?
Groofydorkgerdo · 56-60, M
@NiftyWhite She's not leaving, I am.
I hope she is happier when I am.gone, Lord knows I don't make her happy.
She came back when she found out my friends were keeping me company. They were planning on moving them in to help with bills finances, and fixing our home up. So my wife wanted to meet them.
They are both REAL pretty and popular and when my wife met them, she decided to NOT stay.
This happened twice before mind you, two different people on two different occasions, two people SHE decide to offer a place to.
