Should I even listen to them?

I’ve been dating this guy for about 4 months now. And he’s honestly great.. he treats me like a queen, he likes me for who I am, and we honestly connect on so many levels... my mother and sister tell me I “can do better”. I’m really close to my mom and sister, and respect their opinions, but at the same time I feel they’re being extremely judgmental... there haven’t been any red flags thus far, and I just don’t even know what to feel...

What do they mean by "...can do better."

@Autumnlover honestly I don’t even KNOW what that means. My mom couldn’t even describe what “better” meant. She was upset because his shirt was wrinkled, and he’s “goofy”... but there’s nothing better that I WOULD like. That IS what I like.

@Acadiaisgone sounds adorable
@Acadiaisgone Usually when people say that, they mean that they want their loved one to date or marry someone who has a good education, a good job, or is more physically attractive. You must be the person to decide what man is best for your life.

P.S. Most men don't like to iron. That's ok. Goofy is a subjective opinion, so don't pay any attention to it.

@Autumnlover I feel like it’s all three of those. And I feel like the right guy for me isn’t dependent on any of those. Thank you for the reply—seriously ☺️☺️☺️.
