How many years younger and older would you go when it comes to dating someone

For me like 5 ish years in either direction. Maybe a little more for older. At my current age! This could easily change

7 years older is about where I max out. I’m sure there may be exceptions but generally I don’t entertain them. I don’t like dating anyone younger than me, but I’d say a year or two younger is good for now, when I’m older if I become single I may look into younger guys than me but too much younger right now and I’d be going to jail for it XD

@GlitterBug is it because of the maturity thing?

Mostly. They also are generally less developed in life, I don’t like needy people, someone younger would be more likely to need my help with way more things that they didn’t learn in school. Don’t get me wrong I don’t mind helping my partner, but he doesn’t need my help with
anything often and I don’t usually need his. I just like it that way.
As for the ones a few years younger, I’m not into fooling around with minors lol they can try again once they’re 18 if they want and if I’m single. @SirEldridge

@GlitterBug ok that's what I figured! I totally understand that and I'm sure as you age the younger range will get larger as long as the maturity and independence is there
