What does it mean?

I like this one guy but i don't know he likes me or not. Here are a few things that keeps bothering me;
1. he asked me whether i had a boyfriend before
2. he asked me about men body figure, which one i prefer.
3. he gave me one of his shirt, that i mistakenly wore it before.
4. we even shared our food sometimes
