Why are burpies the worst?
We should make people do burpies instead of issue tickets for traffic violations. The streets will be so safe.

@Wilcrooks it's this awful full body work out that hurts so bad and sucks so much you can you tube it it may look simple but geez it hoits, you go from standing to a sprawl then jump up and repeat
