Meeting people in person online

After my break up from an 18 year relationship. I Was wondering, how many people on here have actually met someone from here? Or any other site like this? Anyone found there true love? Wondered how successful online dating is or is it best to just stick to chatting online?

Have meet 2 people from the site when it was EP , chatted for a few weeks and then cam chatted , and eventually went out of dinner and drinks , as friends its a matter of getting to know the person and their intentions and being able to read what is in their hearts , I have been lucky and still am friends with the ones I have meet although they live in a different state.

@solitaire No although we chatted about it being from a different state we meet as friends enjoyed a lovely meal and drinks and have a wonderful evening, still friends and catch up online from time to time.
