Plumouter Sorry if I come off as to hard ,putting my nose where it doesn't belong ,
but like my Granddaughter ,she is so desperate to have a boyfriend and not be the 3rd wheel out ,she actually said she was engaged to a man in prison .
He and his Mom trolled her Face Book account ,and if she spoke to any male he was sending her letters saying he was going to end up getting more time because he was going off on someone in there over her and be in fights ,and maybe harm himself .
I was able to get her to see she was on house arrest ,and she could do better and now she has ,she has met someone she is taking her time to get to know this time .
I was in a relationship that was cold ,strictly roommates ,
but it cost me someone I really loved ,when she wanted me to just kick her out
and not willing to just hurt her too ,she does still care for me ,
I let the one I did love get away ,not knowing how to handle getting a love that was over ,out of the way ,,I actually hoped it would work itself out ,but in the end ,I lost both of them .(not that I was trying to keep her on a string ,but I didn't want to intentionally hurt her any further either
So its cool you have your sights on someone ,
With so many young people so lonely and so desperate for love
I just try to share my painful experience and get them to chill a bit
and not just settle because they are lonely ,
nothing sucks worse then being in a relationship that both are unhappy
and it cost you someone you know you would have been happy with .
So please forgive my 2 cents ,I was just try to save you my fate
I am glad to hear you have set you sights on "the one"
I sincerely hope it works out and both of you are happy
