How Can I ask someone out

I wanna ask Girls out of my social circle out, and I can't I stutter and regret thinking about it and everytime I wanna do it I over complicate everything in my mind and eventually I don't do anything...
any advice on how I can Improve?

Well, most people find it odd to be asked out, out of the blue so it's better to start simple and just get to know them. But even that's pretty broad, sometimes, just saying good morning/afternoon can even help 0~0 but I'm probably not much help, so sorry.
